I came here with a group. The decor is very nice and the waitresses are very nice, professional and helpful. I would however suggest that one of the waitresses stop calling everyone darling. I had goat cheese and beetroot salad which is beautifully presented and very tasty. I had a cocktail from the specials board which was amazing, so amazing in fact I can't remember it's name . I had steak and chips for my main which was cooked to my liking and very nice.

Amazing amazing amazing, absolutely loved this place , the staff were lovely and the food was so delicious literally perfect, the chefs are doing an amazing job back there.Couldn’t recommend this place enough.The ceviche was so fresh and the octopus was so soft both bursting with flavour, and the seafood linguine was to die for.

Wow! What an incredible experience we had at Matthew’s kitchen today. Every dish was absolutely delicious... the best octopus I’ve ever eaten, fresh whole seabass, mixed grill. Anna and Matthew were fantastic at looking after us - nothing was too much trouble! Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Myself and partner attended on 29/05/2025. We had been meaning to attend for quite sometime due to my love for seafood and my partner spying the place amongst the high street upon driving past. Well.... this place does NOT disappoint. The manager and staff were so friendly and allowed us enough time to look at the menu without us feeling as though we have been forgotten about. We had the bottle of Argentinian red wine which went really well with the food we ordered and I added a side of half a lobster which was delicious. The food is amazing as though your on a beach holiday and its as fresh as though its come straight out of the the sea your looking at! This restaurant really shines through that it is a family run business as they take such pride in the environment as well as their food served. We will most definitely be back. Thank you to the chefs and persons who served us at Matthew's Kitchen Seafood & Grill.

Thank you to Mathew’s Kitchen, What a fantastic restaurant! Starting with 5* Shellfish soup, smooth and full of flavour, special starter of razor clams, and tiger prawns, followed by a speical wild seabass sharing for two and a doversole. Honestly a MASTERCLASS! Can’t wait to visit again.

10/10 seafood restaurant... My best seafood experience. I feel lucky to find this place. Ambiance was great too. Very cosy and bright place. Good place for spacial occasion too. Definitely want to come back...

Loved this restaurant. The food was delicious. I had fish soup as starter and seafood linguine as the main course. The staff was very attentive, friendly and polite. The atmosphere was calm and the music was very nice and not too loud, so we could have a conversation and enjoy the music at the same time. I highly recommend and will come back again.
